Payment Options

At Ralph Real Estate Appraisal, Inc., we are committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms. Thus, we offer several options for payment.

When placing an appraisal order, you can choose any of the following:

• COD from Customer - We will collect the payment from the customer at the time of the appraisal inspection.  We collect fees in the form of MasterCard and Visa credit/debit, cash, certified check or money order.  We will provide the customer with a receipt. 
• Prepayment from Lender/Client - Lenders/Clients may prepay for an appraisal assignment by forwarding a company check via overnight delivery or by paying with MasterCard or Visa.
• Invoice Lender/Client - Frequent in-area lenders/clients can arrange for payment terms by contacting our Office Manager at 901-755-8993.

We now accept MasterCard and Visa credit/debit card payments for any transaction.  This is a convenient payment option, especially when third parties, such as home owners, are involved.
